Our everyday online shop items are available for free collection from our shop at 15 Dyer Street, Cirencester, GL7 2PP. We do not offer postal or courier delivery for these items. Selected pianos and electronic drum kits have separate supplier-delivery arrangements, explained below.
When can I collect?
Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30am–5pm. We aim to have in-stock orders ready within two collection hours. Please wait for your ready-for-collection email before travelling.
Orders placed by 3pm during collection days are normally ready the same day. For orders after 3pm, any remaining preparation time continues on the next collection day. Orders placed outside collection hours begin processing when collection hours next start. For example, an order placed on Sunday is normally ready by 12:30pm on Tuesday. Bank holidays or exceptional closures may affect these times; we will let you know about delays.
What should I bring?
Bring your order confirmation or ready-for-collection email, showing your order number. If someone else will collect for you, let us know beforehand and ask them to bring the confirmation. Contact us if you need help or cannot collect as planned.

Pianos & electronic drum kits
Selected pianos and electronic drum kits are supplied directly to your home by our suppliers. Delivery is included in the quoted price and is available to mainland UK addresses only.
Please enquire before ordering. We check supplier stock and your delivery address, then confirm availability, delivery arrangements and the total price before taking payment. These items do not qualify for two-hour collection. We will confirm any access requirements and whether delivery includes assembly or installation before you pay; please do not assume these are included.
Delivery dates are agreed individually. If an agreed arrangement changes, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
